ABOUT YOUR TEACHER

Sheherazad Barnes is a spiritual guide, priestess, healer, and teacher devoted to awakening the divine within every person she serves. Her work is rooted in the sacred rose lineage shaped by decades of spiritual study, devotion, and embodied practice.

As the founder of Anahata Holistic Healing, Shehera leads women and seekers through initiatory paths that awaken spiritual gifts, restore the nervous system, and reconnect the human heart with its original blueprint. She is the author of the Awakening the Goddess Within oracle cards and the founder of the Awakening the Goddess Within Mystery School, a nine moon journey that supports deep transformation through goddess archetypes, ritual, energy work, and living transmission.

Her path weaves together over ten years of professional sound healing, temple initiations, and master level certifications in Reiki, Seichem, Sound Healing, Yoga, Pranic Healing, Breathwork, and Meditation. Shehera is also a mentor for the Sound Healers Academy, where she guides emerging healers into mastery, confidence, and leadership.

Across international retreats, trainings, ceremonies, and corporate gatherings, Shehera creates spaces where healing is felt, truth is remembered, and the soul comes forward. Her work carries a blend of grounded spiritual teaching, lineage wisdom, frequency medicine, and devotion to the Great Mother.

The journey unfolded through music, ceremony, temple initiations, and the ancient lands that shaped my remembrance.

Over the years, sound, spirit, and lineage have become the language through which I serve. These practices have opened my heart, expanded my consciousness, and revealed the profound truth that healing happens through presence, devotion, and alignment with something far greater than ourselves.
